Ti2 Titanium Jewellery l Social Media Competition Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. “Ti2 Titanium Jewellery” is a trading name of Prism Jewellery Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03810094 and whose registered office is at St Katherines Court, Frome Road, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 1LE. “Prize Draw” means the prize draw of 1 (ONE) £200 VOUCHER as described and as set out in these terms and conditions of entry. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of entry.

2. By entering the prize draw, all entrants accept and shall be bound by and will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of Ti2 Titanium Jewellery (via its website or otherwise) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. This prize draw shall only be open to online users from the UK mainland. This prize draw is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of Ti2 Titanium Jewellery or any person employed by Ti2 Titanium Jewellery, or any person employed by any supplier to Ti2 Titanium Jewellery.
4. There is a £200 VOUCHER available to be won by 1 (ONE) lucky recipient.
5. To qualify, for an entry on Instagram you must ‘follow @ti2titaniumjewellery and like the Instagram post and tag in the comments @user’. To qualify, for an entry on Facebook you must ‘follow Ti2 Titanium Jewellery on Facebook and react to the Facebook post and tag in the comments @user’. For an extra entry, users can share our competition through Facebook and Instagram stories if users tag Ti2 Titanium Jewellery. To qualify for an entry on our newsletter, please visit our website (http://www.ti2titanium.com) and place your email in the sign-up field.
6. Qualifying entries into the prize draw can be completed on Instagram, Facebook, or through signing up to our newsletter. Recipients can have multiple entries on each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook) and our email newsletter.
7. If the winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond to the winning message within 30 days after the prize draw, the prize will be awarded to another recipient. Ti2 Titanium Jewellery reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reallocate unaccepted prizes to a substitute winner.
8. Qualifying dates and times are as follows: Friday, 29th September 2023, to Wednesday, 22nd November 2023.
9. ONE (1) winner will be drawn and awarded the prize in accordance with the laws of chance, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all valid entries received.

10. The prize draw will be drawn on Thursday, 23rd November 2023.
11. Any entry which is cancelled or not received will be ineligible for the prize draw and will not be carried over or transferred to any other prize draw day.
12. The £200 Voucher is not for resale and there is no cash alternative. In addition, this prize draw promotion is not usable in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. Is this the right figure?
13. The winner will be announced and contacted via email (if they entered via our newsletter) or via the user’s social media platform in which their winning entry was received. A winner via Instagram will be contacted via Direct Message from @ti2titaniumjewellery account only. A winner via Facebook will be contacted via the original prize draw post via the comments from @ti2titaniumjewellery Facebook account only.
14. The winner shall receive a dispatch email for the £200 Voucher within five working days (5) of the winner confirming their required details to receive the prize.
15. Ti2 Titanium Jewellery accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
16. Ti2 Titanium Jewellery and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense, or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Ti2 Titanium Jewellery (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises because of any act or omission by any other party.
17. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.

18. By entering this prize draw, you give permission for Ti2 Titanium Jewellery to Tag you in the post and/or Stories when the winner is announced.

19. Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) years of age to enter this promotion.

20. This prize draw is in no way endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.

21. Ti2 Titanium Jewellery’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. This prize draw is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found, for any reason, to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable duly severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

23. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable, unpaid publicity relating to their prize and/or participation in the prize draw.

24. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of Ti2 Titanium Jewellery running the prize draw promotion and in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent (which is required for participation in the prize draw)

25. This competition follows the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all information collected follows strict data collection protection principles. The information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully, and transparently. It will be used solely for administering the prize draw. The information will be used in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to only what is necessary. It will not keep for no longer than is necessary.
